How difficult is...?

How difficult is to exchange interior trim (silver panels on dashboard, doors, tunnel) in F20? Do i have to use some special tools for that?

It's fairly easy but requires some guts to pull at the panels forcefully yet carefully. You'd require a simple trim tool such as a plastic wedge to get between the trim and the panel. I looked at the replacement trim panel to figure out where the clips were and how they were attached.
