Are they f1 asymmetric 2? If so, they are an excellent tyre! Much better than Bridgestone

I would take the Goodyears over the Bridgestone anytime! The F1 especially are great tyres...on the other hand, I never like the Potenza...after 10.000 kms are horrible tyres.

When you discuss tyres, you should be more specific about model names. Goodyear Eagle F1 is a family of quite a few tyres with very different performance. Bridgestone Potenza is an even bigger family. I guess hundreds of models. It is like saying European cars are better than Asian cars.
I have owned Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD2 tyres made in Germany, and the same tyres made in Thailand. They were also extremely different. The German tyres were awesome in rain, and rather useless for dry track use, as they melted very quickly. Very soft rubber. The Thai version was a lot harder, and slippery in wet conditions. They were very nice for dry track use when they got some heat. Some tyre models come in different speed ratings and load ratings, and these details can affect how they behave. So when you compare tyres, please state all the extra letters in the model name. Ir really makes a lot of difference! |

Depends what u think is wrong. If its possible then yes. But if you want BMW Assist to be any use you have to use run flats. They will just laugh at you if you get a flat and dont have run flats on. No help.
