Question F21 114i Turbo heat shield noise

Hi guys !
I have a noise comming from the turbo heat shield. It appears when manoeuvring the car.
It seems that the heat shield is touching the turbo at some moments, as you can see in my linked video.

Did someone had this problem?
I tried to remove the shield to see under it but I don't know how to remove the electrical connection that passes through it (picture linked)

Thanks for any help !
