Woke up this morning with throbbing elbow pain. Idk what happened, when I went to sleep I was fine, I usually get up at 5am, but 3am rolled around and the pain woke me up had to go down some tylenol. It's like my inner elbow, or right above the pointed part of my elbow. Pain partially going into my forearm, hurts the most when I flex my forearm and curl my arm, pain doesnt change when I switch palm from pronated to supinated. Dissapointed, I was planning on lifting chest today now I'll have to settle for abs and cardio smh..... Hope a days rest and a good nights sleep will make it go away.

I took my shower after the pool/jacuzzi, in the rain, in my jammers. That's about as close to bean bag as I'll get.

THIS is a learning moment. What would happen if it WERE your right elbow, and all you had was your left hand??? Practice, practice, practice.

I've been lifting for many years and just now started getting elbow pain after doing heavy chest movements and triceps workouts. started implenting elbow supports from a few friends who also had the same problem and so far I have had great success using these. I do use a little bit of AsperCreme afterwards to help.

Closet switch hitter lmao.

Elbow is feeling much better this morning, still a little pain when I flex as if I am doing a DB curl. I had a pretty heavy arms day on Wednesday so I'm assuming I just over worked it a little.

lsturbointeg I've seen the elbow supports, I'll have to look into them. Not huge on having something tight on my arms when I'm lifting though and I hate taking shit on and off, but it would be better then elbow pain all the time haha.

Hoping to get a light chest workout in after work today.

You can get the sleeves that slip on and off pretty easy. They offer a little support, but are more geared towards keeping the area "warmed up".

You could also get the sleeves that you wear as support during the day when not in the gym that will go under long sleeve shirts and such, and they help keep everything in place to facilitate healing.

I get those every once in awhile. Kind of like a light Tennis Elbow. I just take a few weeks of using higher reps for my arms with lighter weight to just move as much blood in and out as possible.

Tendons have such a poor blood supply anyway.

I thought the same thing but I was surprised how it doesn't feel like it's blocking blood flow. I only use it every other week that way I'm not too dependent on them. I'm telling you my elbows felt like they were on fire for a good month everytime I did chest/tris. Now I don't have that problem anymore

If it's your inner elbow just above the bone it could be golfers elbow. I strained mine and had to rehab it for about 6 weeks. I couldn't do any heavy pull or curl workouts during that time. Working the eccentric portion of forearm curls daily helped to stretch it out and get blood flowing there.
