I also have rust all over seat beses. No reaction from the dealer at the beginning. I pressed the dealer, but got only official mail response stating that BMW knows about the issue and is working on a fix.
2 years passed. Nothing happened. |

So dealer says they will replace the seat base, and that the seat base is the same part as the hinge? is someone able to confirm that?

Seems mine looks the worst from what Ive seen here. Tired of the all the issues I've had with this car. Looks good, goes great, but spends more time in the shop than a race car...

I had my seats done 2 years ago and seemed to work. I hope my new 2014 when I collect next month will not have this problem.
