Ahhh nice, all great! What about near the end when Jackson is in Compton house along with the "rock ho" and after a grimaced look on his face he goes. "Damn woman this is how you live? This is some repugnant shit". lolllllllllllllll |

What'd death of stalin last night. What a clusterfuck that was but to be expected. Couldnt really get into it other than the historical implications and how bad it made Russia look.

Been sick so caught an older-ish movie on Netflix I hadn't seen before - No Country for Old Men. Ending was a bit of a letdown but overall it was pretty interesting.

Ending isnt a let down. Listen. The world is chaos and in his dream.hes hoping to find answers and comfort but they're none and rules dont really apply. Simpler times when younger never really existed and we all grow old and face these feelings. Dialogue of entire movie is epic beyond measure. We are all trying to see what's coming.

Has anyone seen Captain Marvel yet? Reviews w/o spoilers would be nice.

I thought it was good, not great, but well worth watching. I liked Fargo better.

I finally watched A Star is Born and Bohemian Rhapsody this weekend. I was impressed by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper but not so much with Rami, it was like he was wearing a mouthpiece. I grew up in the 70’s and bought a couple Queen albums so I really wanted to like it but it felt a little self serving. The surviving members producing and the firing of the first director did not do it justice. I think they came out alright considering all the Oscar’s they won. As a photographer, I was especially impressed with the cinematography and lighting in A Star Is Born.
RickFLM4, I thought that Chris Pine and Jeff Bridges were quite good in Hell or High Water.

Can't believe I missed this from 2008 but it still holds up VERY well a decade later! Absolutely terrific film. I love me some "international, espionage, high octane" movies.

Watched Captain Marvel on Sunday.
Some funny comments, and very Ragnarokesque. If you like the lighter side of Marvel this movie fits the mold. Sets up Avengers: Endgame well. Lots of good 90's nostalgia and ties up some things throughout the MCU. Lots of Easter egg vids on YouTube.
