Had a nice drive with my brother. Floored it a couple of times. Then just enjoyed it till the gas light came on!

A clay bar before and after winter seems to be a good practice. Tomorrow I think I'm gonna try spraying the bumper with bug spray and wheels with wheel spray then drive into a coin operated.. Spray off the wheels and bumper and go thru a touchless.. Reason being that the touchless won't get the bug remover off and typically misses one little spot per wheel.

Hah, I did this about a week ago (jet black as well). I ordered a paint kit from PaintScratch.com. Came out to around $35, and it is an absolutely PERFECT paint match. Unless you get super close and shine a flashlight on it, you won't be able to see a difference to the rest of the paint.

If the scratch isn't too bad, check em out.

In the middle of wrapping my window trim matte black and just bought a m3 wheel from England for 220 including shipping. It looks about brand new. Throwing money at my car never gets old!!

Yea that's a good strategy, I'm going to hit the touchless again. I need to get her detailed. She's got some hard water spots. Not sure of any good removal tips.

go to harbor freight and get their dual action polisher, it's extremely popular among several forums if you Google it. you should be able to Google "harbor freight digital savings" & get a 20% coupon for it as well. detailing with it can be addicting but the weather hasn't been permitting for me...check my ig @n54gotu for some pics edit: ammo NYC on YouTube had to wet sand a bird poop spot on an m3 iirc and then da polish it out...scary.. I was sold my 335 without any heat shield under my hood and water dries so hard on there ugh

Hit a pothole Saturday night (on the highway at 70mph!) and it tore a 2" hole in the sidewall. Finally got around to taking the wheel off so I could take it to the tire shop and I forgot it's Labor Day so they're all closed. Now my car is sitting in my driveway with 1 wheel off and a cinder block under the jack point.

Replaced the water pump and coolant. The company where I bought the water pump from sent the wrong thermostat.

Tint will be on next Saturday!
