I mean I know traditionally there have been problems with Chechen separatists. But how can you pinpoint a suicide bombers origin from fragments?

Damn ...That reminded me of the story a friend told me about a convenience store he was managing back in the old days, getting robbed one night. Long story ...but he had to stay up all night cleaning "fragments" of the robber who got shot by the cops in the head inside the store so the place could be ready and look "normal" for the early morning rush of office workers across the street.

I was under the impression that it's illegal to do your own cleanup due to the tissue and blood being biohazard and thus hazardous waste.

I got this impression from the Discovery Channel.
