According to my dealer when I ordered mine, not having smokers package means there's one 12v plug missing...

One dealer told me so and the other (the one I finally bought the car) told me it comes with the plug but without the lighter. I've been searching for an answer on the net and I think it really is how the second dealer said. Anyway I'll post pics of it.

Even with the added cost of having it fully optioned, it is still the best bang for bucks around.

Finally I have news from my dealer. After 2 months they gave me a delivery date: 1st or 2nd week of January. Four months waiting that, in my opinion, it's far too much.

Well that's a long wait. 4 months.

I ordered my F20 M135i last tuesday and estimated time of arrival is mid february '13. That's also 3 months waiting.

Meanwhile I'm driving the mierda out of my badly built F30.

Mi hija quisiera estudiar en Barcelona pero se queda estudiando en Amsterdam por el momento. Quisas entre 3 años.

To make you feel a little better, I ordered around the same time as you did, and I don't even have a confirmed production schedule yet. Earliest delivery would be march and that sums up to a six-month wait.

Don't worry guys, you are not alone - same here ordered back in Oct, no production date yet, earliest will be Mar or Apr

Could that be because of the RHD configuration?
They probably build more LHD M135is than RHD?

Finally my car arrived. I haven't seen it yet as my dealer is 70km from home (it made me the best offer around). Tomorrow morning I'll go there, have a look at it, start the engine and take some photos. I prefered to wait until 2013 to register the ca,r so it's still a week or so more to wait. I'll upload somephotos ASAP.

Congrats. The wait is just getting more difficult for me as I saw the car in magazines!

Maybe. But I ordered a RHD M135i (South Africa) on 2012/10/10 and production was completed on 20120/11/23 as I recall. There are probably a set number of cars allocated to each country (based on who knows what) which, coupled with actual demand, determines when you get a production slot. Also, at least here, each dealership gets their own production slots - so if your dealer sold a lot of M135is you may have to wait much longer for your slot.

I've finally seen it. Impressive! And what a sound! Sadly I'll have to wait until Friday 4th or Monday 7th to get it.

I could only take three photos I was too nervous, sorry
