Finally got my black 120d M-sport!
FINALLY! Three days ago i got my daily driver
I'll write a full report later when I have more km's on the car, but so far it's just great! The car is pretty much loaded, so it gives a luxury feeling in addition to the most important feature: Sheer driving pleasure - coming back to traditional BMW values of a sporty compact car Total happiness!

I would be especially interested in your opinion about the quality of radio reception, since mine is terrible.
Much worse than any other car I have owned - and they are many..... |

Thank you guys
About radio reception: I have the HK and DAB option. I normally listen to DAB, and when a station is out of reach (as DAB-stations send mainly in and around larger cities), it automatically switches to FM. Or vice versa. I have so far not paid much attention to the FM-mode, but will do the next days to give a better answer. About 17" inch wheels: The M-suspension and 17" inch rims are definitely a comfortable combination. How sporty it is I don't know yet, since I just got the car I chose 17s since I use the car mostly in city traffic with poor quailty on the road surface. A friend at Michelin told me they had tested different sizes, and recommended 17" as a perfect compromise. If my driving scheme were overland journeys or distant commuting I would probably go for the 18"s. Maybe mostly due to looks. So far I have done too little of inspired driving to have a qualified opinion myself, but from what I have experienced these wheels are capable of pushing hard through the turns. So far the car surprises with a quality feel from at least one class up. After more driving I'll give a better report. But it sure looks promising

I deliberately didn't show any pictures of the rear, because the twin tailpipes are not fitted yet.....! My dealer told me Germany could not deliver, so they will retrofit the parts as soon as they get them. Either the dealer is telling the truth or they just forgot to order. I was a little disappointed, but everything else is great

According to the German M-performance parts catalogue it's only for 116d, 118d and 120d.
