I heard from someone who ordered a new 1-series that facelift will be available 03/2015

I am curious to see how it turns out and how much is retrofittable.

Looks good. I think I'll wait with the purchase of a M package to see how the LCI will turn out. Maybe I'll retrofit the new bumpers and headlights (if possible).

Ps are these new headlights full led's?

From the pictures (three different cars) Looks like a 125i & 135i (black & white)
I cannot see too much change at all. The light cluster is still the same shape
On these mules (camouflaged) they all have the xenon cluster fitted. (same as current M Sport)
Perhaps BMW will make xenons standard on all updated versions and models.
The only other feature that I can see is slightly different is the grill.
I think that they want to keep the distinction between the 1er and 2er

I like the front of the 1 series and so does hundreds of thousands who have purchased the car.

Why would anyone buy a car if they don't like the look.

The F20/F21 LCI will be announced 16th January.
