UK M135i Owners - How long was your delivery?
I locked in my order earlier this week. The date they gave me on paper is the end of March but I was told it isn't uncommon for them to arrive quicker. Then again delays aren't impossible either!
Just wondering how long people on here waited for delivery? For those who have seen me asking questions in other threads and were wondering my final spec is: Black Sapphire Black Leather Sports Auto Transmission Driver Comfort Package (Cruise & Rear Brake Sensors) Black Panel Display (I'm really not sure this was worth £125) HK Hi-Fi (DAB is now standard in the UK) Adjustable & Auto Dimming Mirrors. My M135i arrived a week early.
Black panel display definitely worth it! I really wish I upgraded to the HK, although I never switch on the radio -too busy listening to the sweet straight six! |

Just out of interest did you get the BMW Pro Audio or just standard? I've read on here the Pro system is actually pretty good and the HK only really adds top-end detail to the soundstage. Maybe I won't regret the black panel display. The dashboard looked awesome in the Demo car and I'm pretty sure that had virtually every option ticked. |

Ha! I assure you, I have endless joy driving with the windows down, tunnels and built up streets are particularly entertaining!
I received the complimentary BMW Pro upgrade and cannot tell the difference from my old base spec E82 system - it's the only thing I'm disappointed with. Good choice going for the HK. Couple of other recommendations, Heated seats, great for driving with the windows down... Vis pack - very impressed with the dynamic high beam. Front parking sensors - although only necessary if you live in a city or have a tight drive. The privacy glass also looks good. Hope this helps. |

Glad I did. I very nearly didn't go for it but I love my music too much.
Just exactly how loud does it get when you floor the throttle? I didn't really get a chance to hear the reverberation during the test drive as he took me on a rural route. It really did sound absolutely immense just gently pulling away from lights etc but how much of that is down to the Symphoser I don't know. I absolutely love the pops/burbles/bangs that come out the exhaust when you give it some revs! |

About 3 months - ordered in mid-July and it arrived in mid-October. It was actually built in mid-September but then took an age in transit from Germany.
