I am 99% sure that it fits.

You think the mounting spots for the seats didn't change? I wouldn't be so sure about that.

@Thomas: As I said I am 99% sure. A friend of mine removed the seats from his 1M to replace them with Recaros. I checked the seats and the rails and mounting spots look identical to my seats. Of course there may be a tiny difference that cannot be seen with my eyes and only a trial will give me a certain answer.
Best, to ask your local dealer...or even better, since you have the Performance Seats, try them once you get the new car.

Yeah.. I'd probably grab me a ruler, find me an F20 and just take the numbers and compare them to your PP-seat. Or just wait and then trial and error .

Please notice that the performance seats on BMW website are only listed as available for E8X, and not for F2X 1-series.
I used to have the performance seats in my 335i and in my 1M. I did not move them to my M135i, the stock M-sport seats in the F2X are very good. So just get the M sport kit with sport seats for your F2X, and sell your old performance seats. Last edited by hwelvaar; 06-04-2013 at 06:44 AM.. |

I'd do as above. The M performance seats are nice but they dont really offer much over the standard M sport seats as they are almost the same weight.

Don't ask me where.. i really don't remember but i read somewhere that it was possible BUT you must do a little work on it because the space between the two rails are note exactly the same .
