F21 Sportline with M-Bumpers as standard

Hello everyone,
I am new here and would like your help/opinion regarding F20 Sportline standard equipment.
I am currently looking to buy 2017 F20 120i in Sportline equipment. Seller told me car was retrofited with M-Steering wheel, but I also noticed car has a M type bumpers at front and back. For bumpers, he said they have comes as standard, but I can not find anything online if there was this option on Sportline version.
I have provided photos of car, do not know if I am allowed to paste link to the website.

These bumpers are a part of M-Sport package which is distinct from Sportline. That's no way they could come with Sportline.

Feel free to use a VIN decoder to find out what a car had from the factory. (The M-Sport bumpers are a part of "M Aerodynamics package S715A" option, included into "P337A M-Sport package").
