No, 205 width tyre on an 8J rim is not recommended, too stretched. Some folks like stretching tyres but it'll handle/ride like cr@p. From link below, 215 is min width for 8J rim.

Also, 8J Et34mm to 8J ET24mm means rim face moving outwards another 10mm than mine currently. Probably not legal [unlikely here in the UK] so may have to get fenders rolled so as bodywork "covers" the extra "poke" wheel face and tyre sidewall.
