Retrofitting USB-Connector

Hi guys!

A co-worker of mine finally got himself an F20 this weekend (I might be not completely inocent ). He got himself a demo-car, so he had to make some compromises regarding the opions. He's happy with it so far, but one thing he really misses is the USB-port. Which brings me to the following question(s):

How much trouble is retrofitting USB with the F20 in general? I remember it being some work with the E87.
Is the Radio Pro maybe prepared for USB by default?
May it be enough to just pull a usb-wire from the radio to the armrest and replace the aux-only connector with the dual one?

If anybody can provide usable information on that topic, I'd be thankful .

Regards
Thomas

PS: car details fromt he top off my head, if someone cares:
- F20 118d, 12/2011, 7k km
- crimsonred, Sport Line, 379 wheels (want! )
- Comfortpaket
- Radio Pro
