This is kind of similar to the previous answer I gave about a general dentist that can do the same quality root canal as an Endodontist.
A general dentist can be as good as an Orthodontist if they have spent the time to learn everything there is to know about ortho.
If you have any doubts you can always get a second opinion from the Orthodontist.
