It's up to you: another set will cost. So will seasonal change at a tire workshop. You should choose a complete wheel set if you can store it, ready to DIY and ready for the cost (including getting rid of unless reusable with your next car). Otherwise consider tire storage/change prices to decide (a whole set is faster/cheaper to swap but more expensive to store).

Yes they are. You can choose here and query a dealer for the quote. Here are the part numbers for "turbine styling 381" already mentioned (I have those too with Nokian Hakkapeliitta R but they are cold winter tires incidentally.).
