Doesn't the car rev match automatically on these cars? And it will not allow you to over-rev a downshift, so you just hit the paddle and leave the rest to the car.
It is a little more tricky for us with manuals, as we need to use three pedals at the same time with only two feet. I sometimes double declutch the downshifts as well, just to get that extra smooth feel when it slips into gear. It takes a lot of practice to get it right while rev matching and braking for a corner.
