Quick update... Booked into the dealer on Friday.
Issue was Idrive not booting, cd drive and unit did not work, bluetooth failed and steering wheel controls also.
Dealer tried to reprogramme the system this did not work.
Dealer advised that a full overnight reprogramme was required.
Saturday morning advised the repogramme failed and a new head unit was required.
New head unit was installed and all is well.
