I laughed my head off when I first saw this after I moved here. Warning people where they gonna be... kinda defeats the whole purpose of the cameras being mobile?  But hey, that's how they work here in Luxembourg and I'm not complaining.  |
What does your Lux story have to do with Europe???
Most of the remainder of Europe has stricter rules than California, and certainly have (well) hidden cameras all over the place
