Thanks ovekvam for the reply.
I live in NZ which speed limit is around 110km. However having a car with good torque and power helps a lot when driving around hills or even in town to pass traffic quickly. So that means the engine usually revs maximum to 4000 till it reaches the speed or have to brake as obstacles appear in the front.

So that's why I'm after something to boos the existing performance of the car and thought either of those could do.
But not sure of they will contribute as they claim or not, hence my post here
