Probably just wait till May first.
I'd run my Michelin summers through two mid-atlactic winters, the cold weather itself never caused chunking like I read described on some Pirelli and Goodyear tires. Cold rain not an issue for me, but 1/4 inch of snow or freezing rain coating road surface just not worth the hassle on hills or braking
