Yes im feeling i need more information also !! Im happily running the JB4 map 2 with my associated mods without issue. Looking to add the EWG harness in the near future to add the extra 3psi of boost..... that's until the stock ecu can be flashed or tuned to my spec.
TMC seem all over the place, in terms of their explanation. Torque is limited by the gearbox ECU for very good reasons. I'd need to see a lot more test results, including specific results for the M135i ZF-8AT before I'd even touch it. Also, chaddy, the table you posted above relates to a Golf DSG, not the M235i.
