Now that I've done a few miles in the 125d and its starting to open up, Sport mode feels mad compared to Eco pro and comfort. Eco is soo dead it feels like the car has about 90bhp, comfort is feels like 140bhp while sport is just wow! 80/90/100 mph+ in a blink and it just wants to keep going! ESP when you have the sport auto box in sport mode and are using the paddles, I've seen 120mph too many times and I'm only revving it out to 3.5/4000rpm as its not 'run in' fully yet! I'm starting to think I've bought a licence loser as for the steering, I have VSS it's a turn and a bit to full lock, that doesn't change regardless of mode but what does change is the weight and sensitivity. Comfort & Eco, very light, very sensitive around town, motorway speed it's not as sensitive. Sport mode, heavier and not as sensitive all the time. Sport feels more like old hydraulic but not just as heavy with a bit less feedback to not so bad as to spoil the drive. IMO
