Just got back from Xiamen.... No jerky action in my friend's M135i auto, just recently drove at slow speed.
I wouldn't rely too much on tuning companies as they seem to be hitting walls. Epic Motorsport and Burger Tuning are rumored to released something recently, but it's probably gonna be dyno races anyways. I would see the dealer about what you're experiencing.
