At least some of it is brick. Not sure if it's all brick that's painted black.
There's another house closer to us that's doing the white with black trim and black roof bit. But I noticed today they're painting their sunroom (which sticks out the back of the house) black. Not sure if that's the beginning of more black areas or not.
