Only the brake 'sidelights' i.e ones that come on with headlights etc are LED in this cluster, and any F20/F21.
The other bulbs, stop lights, reverse light, indicator light are standard bulbs and therefore don't blink on and off quickly like proper LED's. You can get LED bulbs to replace these standard bulbs, but as i am finding, there are compatbility issues as they flicker upon startup which makes them look a bit dangerous with our stop/start cars
