It has been like forever since I helped s/b do this, but from what I remember, Freeze the sheets of foam first, and you can use a hobby bandsaw (or probably a jigsaw) or an xacto knife). Unless you go for a laser, it will probably not look as nice as you picture (if you want that factory perfect look), but it will keep them from rattling while you drive. Of course, so does a tool roll or a few rags, which is what I settled on after wasting a weekend helping s/b try to do it the pretty way. I'm a bit surprised that the producers don't all offer custom cutting to your pattern now, since that is so easy for them to do - I bet if you look, somebody is offering that?
