Very cool.... some day I hope to get there to experience.
Locally, our famous Watkins Glen got a full repave, complete with new concrete pit and rumple strips. They went all the way down to the bedrock as well, and finished the top coat in dec giving it all winter and half of spring to cure. Should be a riot, they took meticulous care to maintain the contours from what I have read.
