i used the reverse switch on the new transmission and drilled a hole for it, as i completely changed the bell housings and therefore the 2-channel sensor can'r be used anymore. The 3-wire 2 channel sensor is of no relevance for this solution.

But if you can use the complete M2 gearbox, the 2-channel sensor can be decoded and the mechanical reverse switch can be switched by a relay of a microcomputer for instance.
