The front mud flaps (82162211820) do fit the F20 M-Sport quite well.
Some say they fit as they come, but I had to do a minor modification to get them to fit.
BMW will however not help attaching the mud flaps as they "officially" do not fit.
I attached mine just a few days ago. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of what I modified but I marked in red on the picture where I decreased the height of a rib by 1 mm. This was enough to make it fit well, but it's still quite a tight fit. Easiest way to figure out if you need to mod them or not would be to just hold them correctly against the wheel arch and see if they seem to fit or not.
Right side of car took ~1h, left side 5 minutes, it's easy when you figure it out. The most difficult part was to push the tiny inserts of the plastic rivets when mounting them. Try not to break them, they require lots of force to mount!
