Not sure if this is the best setting but here you go..
1. Shutter Priority and locked the shutter speed and 1/30th
2. Aperture was jumping between 8 to 16 based on the light
3. used a ND filter to block some light so I am not maxing the f-stop while locked at 1/30th of sec
4. 24fps
5. At 24fps you want to stay between 1/30 to 1/50 shutter speed so fast moving video looks smooth unless you like the jittery effect.
6. I didn't use the default picture style - I used the flat pitcure style so in camera processing doesn't happen. But ended up underexposing several scene.
