On our 116i, i mostly use the sport button - even in slow traffic. That's because I feel less turbo lag then (in comfort there is a very noticable turbo lag), so when I change file or need to accelerate fast, it's there right away. I also like the sport button because of the extra "oomph" it gives - man it's fun to drive then! In comfort it gets a bit sluggish and slow. Sport+ is for slippery roads, when you're out to have a bit of fun!
