I've just noticed a sizeable black gob of windscreen adhesive stuck to the paintwork on the bonnnet trialing edge. I might have notioced it earlier but you can't see it from the driver's seat as the wipers block it fom view. There's also a tiny bit oozed through on the inside at the top of the passenger side A pillar but I'm not going to touch that.
Moral of this story: if you live in Portsmouth and are insured by Admiral, do not use National Windscreens, their preferred agent. Even if you have to pay for it yourself and claim it back, it'll be worth it for a proper job done first time. Avoid these cowboys.

I think you are perfectly entitled to that opinion on the basis that you have been very reasonable and have given them enough opportunity to get this right; they haven't.
Perhaps it might be worth firing a stiff complaint at Admiral? After all, they 'nominate' them and restrict you from going elsewhere. It's only fair that they get to see why low Average Invoice Values are not good for the end user.
