Hi I have a 2012 1 series Msport 116i. I was driving down the street when a warning lift came up and on the screen it said Get drivetrain checked soon. Possible to continue journey.

Does anyone have any idea what that might be? Seems to be a pretty generic warning but I assume since it said I can continue my journey it's nothing too serious? (She said hopefully)
