My understanding is that with this option you get:
- Bluetooth audio streaming
- Support for multiple bluetooth devices
- Office functions
- Album cover display (with both bluetooth and USB audio)
- Voice control
Of course, this all depends on which phone you have. My phone (iPhone 4) supports all except the office functions. If you have a iPhone then once you have this option you can also add 6NF which is for that specific model and allows compatibility with the snap in cradle thingy.
