SMG is cheaper, and can't really compare that to a DCT. And I feel like a E46 M3 manual would be so much fun to drive.

I settled on SMG because I could not find a manual. I hated it to be honest. The e46 is noticeably slower than the F82.
My SMG pump went bad within 3 months of buying.
I would stay patient and look out for a manual if that's what you want.
