Yes it is!
I feel lazy to search (you can try it yourself) but someone complained here (three years ago or so) of inability to "simply" retrofit an M-Sport bumper. (There was a colour mismatch, by the way, I wasn't registered here then to ask, but it made me wonder where he had got it from. I hope you did not undress someone else's car at night or buy from those who obviously did.)
There's a complete set of parts to retrofit the M-Sport exterior available. The part number is 51952296629. You can check the contents, say,
here, but I would suggest you query a dealer for the items you have missing. (Also double-check you're after the M-Sport set, not M-Performance one which is still different.)
