For the LCI the headlights need to lose 1-1.5" in height with the grilles losing the same in height and widening by about the same. The proportions are just off enough that it really upsets the front end.
With the above changes and a coupe profile (as much as I like hatches the 1er hatch has always appeared awkward to my eye...) it has some potential. The interior appears to be a step-up.
I'm still praying for a miracle in the F30 given the front of the F20 and how every BMW with electric steering drives.....
