Problem with the indirect system using wheel speed sensors, a slow puncture can deflate by 20 - 30% before a warning is given. Same if more than one tyre is low on pressure.
We could therefore note a difference, particularly to steering feel, before we ever get any warning of low pressures.
Checking pressures regularly is the only way to ensure all tyres are at the correct pressure, with indirect TPWS.
