I know that all y'all are probably tired of hearing about the TV show, but last night's episode of "On Patrol: Live" had a call for shoplifting in Fontana, California early in the show. The police actually deployed a helicopter...for a shoplifter...with no pre-known suspect's identity, name, or outstanding warrants!
I thought that California was a shoplifter's paradise with no/lax enforcement of the laws?????
