Hi - I think I have the same problem on my 1 month old M135i (6500km)...
About 1 minute after starting the car, very cold air comes from the vents.. Even if it's 30°C outside, it's freezing cold. I drive 99% of the time with A/C turned OFF, but I'm convinced the cold air is cooled by the A/C.. After a good minute, all goes back to normal. A few minutes later, everything starts over again. When driving in rainy days, the fog on the windscreen suddenly disappears every few minutes.. All vents are open and center vent temp is on "neutral".
Besides that, I had following problems:
- Drivetrain error, car in limp mode - happened once in traffic jam at 5 km/h
- Key fob error, had to hold the key against the steering column - happened once
- Cracking boot (while driving)
- "Shaking" passenger seat, when no passenger is in the car
- Bad braking in heavy rain, even with wipers on Automatic (which should prevent that) - identical as in my E93 - scary!
