In the boot, if it's really plastics themselves just rip them off. If it's the
fixing clips that went loose it should be sufficient to replace just them.
Regarding the armrest. Since sliding it to the other position shouldn't help and keeping your lead elbow off isn't an option, lift it up then and stuff those felt pads into the storage compartment to put your elbow on them rather than the tired armrest.
