I saw this on youtube that shows how it works on an auto box...

"Stop the car, Press the DTC button until the DTC light comes on, Put the car in manual mode (S1), Press the sport mode button, Press the paddle downshift mode (M1). Step on the brake (left foot). Step on the gas all the way (right foot). Revs will go up to 3500 RPM while stationary. Release the brake and launch."
