Maybe there is no point in having this if your car can quickly turn on a shoulder and avoid the crash or being rear-ended in the first place, now try that with an S60 - That boat just won't do well in crash-avoidance manoeuvers. I tried it and it was more like fighting the car through the cones than mocking them as you do in a 3-Series.
