That's usuall. Wet brakes needs to dry off for full performance. To prevent this, leave your wipers in A (automatic) mode. The system will brake a little bit in intervals (you will not notice) depending on rain intensity, to keep your brakes dry.

Thanks! It is actually what I did! After some time I even switched on the front car detection that does a pre braking when you are too close from the car at front! It was alright when I had to brake and was close to the previous car (not so safe in such rainy condition) but not in having normal safety distance...
