It will be the wastegate rattling.
I solved mine by undoing the actuator nuts and inserting a slotted 1mm washer over the stud between the actuator and bracket to take up the slack. It's easier than adjusting the linkage as no heatshield removal is necessary.
Been noise free for 6months.
