Mine has this option and it's gonna be here in 10 days.
As I've asked the dealer of mine with the same questions, he told me this option is just lowered 10mm compare with the original suspension. And you can't adjust through i-Drive.
I hope he's wrong and looking forward any of you can reply these questions.
