I could care less what you listen to, I just hate most rap, thats all.
I just wanted to see how smart some of you are. How good of an argument you guys can make. I saw some good, and I saw some not so good.
You did a good job until the end when you started quoting target audiences, etc. When NWA and the other pioneers created this type of music, I highly doubt that young, upper middle class teens was their target. Their music spoke with anger and frustration at the lives they had to live while others drove fancy cars and lived in nice safe neighborhoods, in big houses, and not getting fucked with by the police.
This music was born on the back of those much less fortunate than you. I hope that you keep that front and center as you enjoy what they have created.
